We print each item on demand to reduce waste. Production time is usually 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Free shipping eligibility
We offer free shipping when your cart contains 3 or more items and your delivery address is in one of the eligible countries below. The discount applies automatically at checkout. If your address is not in an eligible country, standard rates apply.

Andorra, Albania, Austria, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Switzerland, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Monaco, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, San Marino, Ukraine, United States, Vatican City.
How it works:
1. Add items to your cart.
2. Once you reach 3 or more items, free shipping will be available at checkout if your shipping address is in an eligible country.
3. If you change the address to a non-eligible country, the free shipping option will not appear.

We reserve the right to update this list as carrier rates change.
Tracking is provided where available. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees—peak seasons or carrier delays can add a few days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and method.
Local fulfilment & import duties
We usually fulfil orders within your region (EU/UK/US) to minimise customs charges. If your delivery address is outside those regions, local customs or VAT may be charged on delivery—these are paid by the recipient.
Multiple-item orders
Items in the same order may ship separately if fulfilled from different facilities; you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Address changes
We can update addresses before an order ships. After dispatch, changes aren’t possible.
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful
If a parcel is returned to us or our fulfilment partner as undeliverable/unclaimed, you can choose to:
reship (you cover the reshipment cost), or
get a refund minus the original shipping cost once the parcel is received back in good condition.
Marked as delivered, but you can’t find it
First check your mailbox, safe places, neighbours, and with your local post office/courier. If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. We can’t automatically refund or replace packages that carriers mark as Delivered, but we’ll do our best to assist.
