Returns & Refunds
Short version
14-day right of withdrawal for unused items. Only for EU customers.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage (arrange your own tracked return).
If you return the entire order, we refund the item price + our least-expensive standard outbound shipping. Express surcharges aren’t refunded.
Faulty/misprinted/incorrect items: we replace or refund at no cost to you.
Contact us before returning anything—don’t send items to the production facility.
1) Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Only for EU customers. You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. You may handle the product to inspect it as you would in a shop; if it’s used beyond that, we may deduct for diminished value.
2) How to start a return
1. Contact us first with your order number.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address.
3. Ship the item back with a tracked service within 14 days of approval.
Please do not return items directly to our production partner; they cannot process store returns.
3) Return shipping (change of mind)
For change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays the direct cost of return shipping and chooses their own carrier.
4) Refunds
Full-order returns: We refund the item price + our least-expensive standard outbound delivery you paid at checkout. Any extra paid for express/expedited delivery is not refunded.
Partial returns: We refund the returned items only. Outbound delivery for the original order is not refunded for partial returns.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of shipment), provided the item meets the conditions above.
5) Faulty, misprinted or incorrect items
For all customers. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or not as described, contact us as soon as possible with photos. We’ll replace or refund and cover any return/collection costs. (Your statutory rights are not affected.)
6) Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, place a new order and return the original for a refund once approved.
