Orders & Fulfillment
Are products made to order?
Yes. We print each item after you purchase to reduce waste (no overproduction).
Where are orders fulfilled and shipped from?
From the closest available location in our partner network: Latvia, Spain, United Kingdom, United States, or Canada (varies by product and stock). The system automatically picks the fastest option for your address.
How long does production take?
Usually 1–3 business days before dispatch (it can be a bit longer in peak seasons).
Will my items ship together?
Not always. If an order includes products fulfilled in different locations, they may ship separately with separate tracking.
Shipping
What are the estimated delivery times (after dispatch)?
Denmark: 5–9 business days
EU: 5–9 business days
UK: 5–9 business days
USA/Canada: 5–12 business days
Rest of world: 7–15 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees—carriers can experience delays due to weather, customs, or peak periods.
How much is shipping?
Exact costs are shown at checkout based on destination and method.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
If you’re in the EU, UK, or US, orders are typically fulfilled within your region, which helps avoid surprise import fees. Orders to other countries may incur VAT or duties on delivery (paid by the recipient).
My package says “Delivered,” but I can’t find it.
Check safe places, neighbours, your mailbox, and your local post office/courier. If still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes—change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items. You arrange and pay for the return shipping with your preferred tracked carrier. Please contact us first for the correct return address. (Don’t send items to our production partner.)
What do you refund?
If you return the entire order, we refund the item price + our least-expensive standard outbound shipping from your original order. Express/expedited surcharges aren’t refunded.
For partial returns, we refund the returned items only. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of shipment), provided the item is in unused condition.
What if my item arrives faulty or misprinted?
Tell us as soon as possible (include photos) and we’ll replace or refund at no cost to you. In most quality/fulfillment cases, a physical return isn’t required.
Can I exchange an item?
Fastest route: place a new order and return the original for a refund once approved.
How do I start a return or report an issue?
Contact us with your order number at /contact. We’ll reply with the next steps and the correct return address.

Products & Care
Are the mugs dishwasher/microwave safe?
White ceramic mugs: dishwasher & microwave safe; hand-washing can help the print last longer.
What are the tote bags made of?
Our eco totes use organic cotton canvas (3/1 twill). Many items in our eco range come with recognized certifications (see each product page for specifics).
How do I care for my tote?
Spot-clean first. If needed, wash cold on gentle and air-dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
Payments, Gifts & Orders
Which payment methods do you accept?
Shown at checkout (major cards and regionally supported wallets).
Do you offer gift notes or wrapping?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer gift notes or wrapping at the moment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start production shortly after your order is placed. If you need a change or cancellation, contact us immediately—we’ll help if it hasn’t entered production yet.
Can I change my address after ordering?
We can update addresses before dispatch. After shipment, changes aren’t possible.
