Is This a One-Person Shop or a Whole Team?

Let’s clarify something: when you see the word “we” on this webshop, it is mostly for emotional support. In reality, this is run by one person. One human designing, uploading, adjusting margins, writing descriptions, updating policies and occasionally questioning life choices over a typography decision.

There is no office. No design team on Slack. No “our marketing department.” Just one Italian person in Denmark, switching between three browser tabs and pretending to be a department when the situation calls for it.

Small independent brands often get described as “we” because it sounds more professional. Hidden behind many “we” statements online, there is often a single person doing ten roles. Creative director, packaging assistant, customer service rep, copywriter and head of sarcasm. All in one.

So yes, this shop operates like a miniature agency run by exactly one individual. That’s part of the appeal. You’re not talking to a corporate helpdesk system. If you send a message, it lands straight with the same person who created the design and set the price. A direct link between creator and customer — without three departments in between.

If one day it actually becomes a team with official roles and people who do just one task instead of all of them, I’ll update this page. For now, this is a one-person brand pretending to be a small studio with big energy.
